# CyberPower Systems 12" *Published: 2025-05-06 | Updated: 2025-05-06 | Source: https://shopsavvy.com/products/cyberpower-systems-12"* --- **Price Range:** $11 - $150.75 across 50 retailers ## Pros - Includes a USB power jack and two USB charging ports for added convenience. - Features 12 outlets, 6 with battery backup, with 4 spaced for large transformers, making it easy to accommodate multiple devices. - Effectively protects equipment from power surges and provides reliability for home servers. - Comes with a 3-year warranty and a $150,000 Connected Equipment Guarantee for peace of mind. - Useful for preventing NAS shutdowns during power outages and protecting against lengthy RAID rebuilds. - Free PowerPanel software allows management and testing of the unit with good options for automatic shutdowns. - Provides enough backup time for a graceful shutdown of devices like routers and external HDs during outages. - Wall mount tabs offer a neat installation under a desk. - Highly recommended for its reliability and protection for electronics and data. ## Cons - Actual capacity is misleading, with an actual of 47 watt-hours, affecting performance with high-wattage devices. - Fails to provide adequate backup for devices with demanding power needs, like gaming PCs or CPAP machines. - Issues with beeping and random power draws from the battery even when plugged in. - Problems with shutdown without warning, even with a seemingly good battery. - Customer support experience is unsatisfactory, especially regarding the warranty and claims of tampering. - Difficulty in using all available slots due to power adapter orientations. - Several users reported the unit arriving defective or dead on arrival. - Troubleshooting is ineffective in resolving some operational issues. ## Last Seen Prices | Retailer | Price | Availability | Last seen | Store's standard terms | |----------|-------|-------------|-----------|------------------------| | [VIP
